    Refund Policy

    Membership Dues

    All refund requests made prior to the start of the chapter year will be honored.  All refund requests received after the beginning of the chapter year will be considered at the sole discretion of the AAHAM Twin States President.

    Event Registration

    All refund requests made prior to the registration deadline for each event will be honored. Due to rising costs associated with planning meetings, we are unable honor refund requests after the registration deadline has passed.
